Dr. Susan Tidy
Chiro Sc
Dr Susan Tidy grew up in a very sport oriented family in Naracoorte, South Australia. Her achievements in the sport of hockey lead her to an enthusiastic interest in the Chiropractic profession, as a result of her own chiropractic experience in enabling her to optimise her sporting performance at a national level.
Susan went on to graduate from both a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters in Chiropractic in 2005 from Macquarie University in Sydney. After her five years of study, Susan immediately travelled over to the city of Glasgow in Scotland where she worked for two years prior to returning to Adelaide.
Susan has a very keen interest in paediatric and family Chiropractic care, even more so now that she has three young boys of her own. She has done educational talks to the Women’s and Children’s hospital Midwifery Group and therefore receives many referrals for both pregnant women and newborn babies from many of the midwives at Women’s and Children’s as well as Flinders hospital. Kids of all ages love coming to visit ‘Dr Buzz’. Due to her sporting background, Susan also very much enjoys working with athletes and understands the challenges that training at an elite level can place on your body.
She regularly works with SANFL football players, surf life savers and South Australian cricketers. As well as providing a premium Chiropractic service, Susan is able to recommend nutritional advice and is a provider of Bioceuticals nutritional supplements to those patients looking for a very well rounded approach to their healthcare.

Amy Brown
Chiropractic Assistant
I have been working at Spinecare for over 10 years, I joined the team in 2013 after returning to the work force after having my first Child, he’s now 11 years old. I have always had a passion towards general health and wellbeing.
I feel privileged to have been introduced to the world of Chiropractic and work with some amazing people. I love seeing the changes Dr Susan, Dr Justine and Dr Thomasine make in the lives of our very special patients.
I love greeting and taking care of our wide range of patients, babies through to the Grandparents that visit our Clinic, it creates an enjoyable atmosphere and certainly fills the Clinic with smiles and happiness.
Outside work I love spending quality time with my beautiful Family. My 2 x boys certainly keep me busy with their busy sporty lives. We love to go Camping in our Camper, going to the Beach, and going exploring when they are not playing either Baseball or Football.
They are good little helpers and you may see them around the Clinic sometimes in the School Holidays.

Dr. Justine Carson
Dr Justine Carson grew up in the small town of Bordertown where her keen interest in sport and health began. Growing up, she played many sports and competed in netball and basketball at the district level. During the summer months, Justine’s family would spend weekends on the Murray River waterskiing, something she still loves to do today.
Justine studied a bachelor of Human Movement at the University of South Australia, with a major on sport and exercise science. She then went on to study at Macquarie University in Sydney completing her Chiropractic masters.
Dr Justine has a strong interest in nutrition, holistic health and optimising the body’s ability to perform at its best. She has completed advanced training in fertility and women’s health, as well as paediatric care. Justine loves being the “family chiropractor”, and treating all ages from newborns, to pregnant women, tradies and grandparents. She believes everyone should have the opportunity to access holistic chiropractic care.

Dr Thomasine Teague
Hailing from the beautiful Adelaide Hills, Dr. Thomasine Teague brings her local roots and passion for natural health to her work as a Chiropractor. When she’s not at Spinecare, you’ll often find her at a local café, combining a love of books and coffee.
Thomasine has always been fascinated by the human body, and completed a degree in Biochemistry, Immunology, and Microbiology before discovering the exciting world of Chiropractic. She was blown away by the holistic approach chiropractors take to healthcare, and decided to become a Chiropractor after receiving her first adjustment right here, at Spinecare!
When Thomasine heard there was a chiropractic college starting up in Adelaide, she jumped at the opportunity to work with the team and help establish the college. She later enrolled as a student and is proud to be part of the first graduating class of the Australian Chiropractic College.
Thomasine is dedicated to helping people thrive with a body that is connected, balanced, and functioning at its best. She has a special interest in posture, stress management, and guiding the body toward a natural state of ease. Her practice includes a variety of techniques, from manual adjustments to low-force and posture-specific approaches, tailoring her care to meet each person’s unique needs.
