My own chiropractic story begins from my own childhood as I was lucky enough to grow up with my father being a chiropractor. My father told me that I received my first chiropractic adjustment from him in the first few weeks after I was born.

I often joke with him why he waited so long! Growing up with chiropractic care for me is the most normal thing in the world and when I look back now feel extremely fortunate my father is a chiropractor.

My own personal health as a result of growing up with chiropractic care has always been great. I certainly wish that now I am also a chiropractor myself, can pass that same optimal spinal and nervous system health onto my current and future chiropractic families and people.

After graduating from Melbourne’s RMIT University in 2005, I returned to Adelaide and began my chiropractic career at Aberfoyle Park Chiropractic Centre. In 2007, I spread my wings and joined one of Europe’s largest chiropractic groups, Glasgow Chiropractic in Scotland. This was such an experience and chiropractic in the UK in a lot of ways is very different to chiropractic care here in Australia.

Of course however, my best move was to take over the reins and purchase Spinecare Chiropractic Salisbury in 2011. Since then my dedication to this practice and the broader Salisbury and northern suburbs community hasn’t changed.

I honestly love what I do and my passion for chiropractic is stronger today than it has ever been.

I was born and raised in Adelaide’s northern suburbs and love being able to give back to the community that has given so much to me. I’m actively involved in my local community and volunteer through my church, and I’m a family-focused person who values connection, care, and supporting people from all walks of life.

Chiropractic was never something I had considered having in my life until a friend recommended Spinecare Chiropractic Salisbury to me in August 2025. After experiencing the supportive, member-focused approach firsthand, I knew this was a place I wanted to be part of. I was excited to officially join the team in early 2026 and contribute to a workplace that truly prioritises its members.

Outside of work, I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer who loves capturing meaningful moments. I’m also an avid collector of board games and books, probably more than I need honestly, and enjoy spending time with my husband and heading out for a good walk whenever I can.

Chiropractic has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I feel incredibly grateful to now be working within a team that shares the same passion for health, wellbeing, and helping people live at their full potential. Growing up in the country town of Wagga Wagga, I experienced firsthand the positive impact that chiropractic care can have, which sparked a lifelong appreciation for the profession and inspired me to pursue a career in chiropractic myself.

In 2024, I made the move to Adelaide to begin studying chiropractic at the Australian Chiropractic College. Since starting my studies, my passion for chiropractic has only continued to grow. Learning more about the human body, nervous system, and the role chiropractic plays in helping people achieve better health has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

After first joining the practice as a practice member myself, I was excited to step into the role of Chiropractic Assistant in early 2025. Working alongside such passionate chiropractors and connecting with practice members each day has been both inspiring and motivating as I continue working toward my goal of becoming a chiropractor. I especially enjoy building genuine relationships with people and being part of a team that is dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of others.

Outside of the practice, much of my time is spent studying and working towards that chiropractor dream, as well as staying active in the gym, with my nose in a book, and enjoying quality time with my husband and our two beautiful dogs.

My journey with chiropractic began in childhood. Regular adjustments have always helped my body perform at its best, be it a dance competition growing up, or the sleepless nights that come with being a mum.

Chiropractic care just helps me do life better!

I joined the Spinecare team as a Chiropractic Assistant in February 2016 and absolutely love the opportunity it gives me to connect with people of all ages and walks of life. I am passionate about natural health and healing, I believe strongly in the body’s innate ability to heal and that a body in balance will always function at its best.

Chiropractic aligns perfectly with my ultimate goal of living life to MY fullest potential.

Outside of my work at Spinecare you can usually find me down on the Lefevre Peninsula spending time with my amazing family.
